Grays is a Thames-side town with a town centre, large estates, a busy riverside and industrial and logistics sites nearby. Commercial pest control here covers everything from corner shops and takeaways to large warehouses. We offer scheduled visits, prompt call-outs and clear written records, tailored to how each site really works.
When a business calls us, we like to see the premises first. We look at deliveries, waste, storage and staff areas, ask what has happened before, and then recommend a routine. Some sites need frequent checks, others a light touch, and we will tell you honestly which suits yours.

Distribution sites and warehouses around Grays see constant movement of pallets, vehicles and packaging, and each delivery can bring in a stowaway or leave a door open for one. Rats and mice shelter in stacked pallets and cardboard, and stored food products or packaging are a ready supply for them and for stored product insects, which can ruin stock before anyone notices the first sign of trouble.
We inspect loading bays, door seals, boundary fences and pallet storage, then place bait stations and traps around the perimeter and inside where needed. Each visit includes a check of every point and a conversation with your site team about practical improvements, such as raising stock off the floor and keeping waste containers closed. Small habits like these cut the supply of shelter and food that keeps rodents coming back.
A river nearby gives rats natural routes and cover, and the drains and culverts that serve a busy riverside can carry them close to commercial yards, even when the building itself looks well kept. In the neighbourhoods around Grays, shops, takeaways and community buildings sit among dense housing, so activity in homes and gardens can spill into the premises beside them, and a takeaway can end up the easiest meal on the street.
For food businesses we place particular emphasis on bins, grease traps, back doors and storage, as these are where trouble most often starts. Written notes after each visit record what was checked and what we did, giving you something concrete to show an environmental health officer or auditor. We do not claim any certification here, only honest, dated records of the work we carry out.
We work with businesses in Grays across RM16 and RM17, and also in Brentwood, Basildon and Billericay. Tell us about your site and what has been happening and we will suggest a plan, including a simple way to reach us when something appears between scheduled visits and needs a prompt look. A quick call early is far easier to deal with than a problem that has had weeks to settle.

Most household pests leave clues behind, and learning to read droppings, damage, noises and timing will help you decide what you are dealing with and what to do next.
Read the guide →Yes. Large sites are a normal part of our commercial work. We survey the buildings and yard, plan the placement of stations and traps, and visit regularly, with notes that your site manager can keep on file or share with head office.
Stacked pallets and cardboard create warm, dark hiding spaces close to food and water. Rats feel safe in them. Raising stock off the floor, keeping gaps by walls clear and tidying packaging waste all make a site less attractive.
Yes. We identify the insect, look for the source in stock, packaging or cracks in the building and treat where needed. We also advise on stock rotation and cleaning, because removing infested product is often as important as the treatment.
